Register Now for CYFAR 2009!
The Children, Youth and Families At Risk Conference 2009 will take place May 19-21, with pre-conference events on Monday, May 18. The venue is the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor, located in the center of this historic city. Watch this space for more information on:

Step 1. Register for the conference
The Early Bird Registration cost is $250. Starting May 1, the cost will increase to $300. This includes five meals (three full breakfasts, two luncheons), all breaks, hors d'oeuvres during the Program Showcase and all conference materials. You may pay by credit card online (MC, Visa, Amex or Discover), mail a check, or PO/invoice for your institution. In all cases, payment is due by May 1 for the early bird price. See registration form for exact instructions. Please note that there will be no on-site registration in Baltimore.
Step 2. Book your hotel room
Book now and secure CYFAR group rates. APRIL 24 IS THE LAST DAY TO MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS at the CYFAR 2009 conference rate. The cost of rooms at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront is $209 for single or double occupancy; plus an additional $20 for additional roommates. (That would be $114.50 per person per night for a double room if sharing). The CYFAR 2009 group code "cyycyya" will appear in the booking form's appropriate field. Just enter your arrival date to begin the reservation process. If you are looking for a roomate, contact June Mead, who will assist you.
Step 3. Book your ground transport to and from the hotel
CYFAR 2009 has made arrangements with Airport Shuttle, Inc. for a reduced fare, non-stop car service for CYFAR attendees.
Book your ride from Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI) to the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront for just $17 per person or $34 round trip. No intermediate stops! The Airport Shuttle driver will track your flight’s actual arrival time and baggage claim area. Collect your bags and the shuttle will be waiting for you just outside the terminal building to transport you directly to the CYFAR conference hotel. (Booking confirmation will give exact details for your flight.)
Roundtrip bookings: You will be issued a hotel pickup time that corresponds to your flight departure time.
Payment: Pay on board using credit card or cash.
